1. Use of the App

You may use Dumplin AI to receive personalized food and restaurant recommendations based on your preferences and location. By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account and profile information
• Not misuse, spam, or abuse the chat functionality
• Only use the App for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App's systems

2. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Dumplin AI.
• You may log in via email or social media handles (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Dumplin AI offers both free and paid access:

Free Tier:

Includes up to 10 processed URLs (when you submit a link for us to process and add to your map) and limited browsing.

Paid Options:

May include one-time passes, monthly subscriptions, or annual subscriptions. Pricing, features, and limits for each plan are shown in the App and may change from time to time.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings before the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Feature Availability

Some features may be released gradually or only in certain regions or plans. We will clearly indicate in the App which features are included with each option.

4. User Content

When you interact with Dumplin AI (e.g., through chat), you agree not to upload or share anything that is:

• Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Misleading or false

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Links

You may submit third-party links (such as TikTok or Instagram posts) to save restaurants and create maps. By doing so, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content of the links you submit.
• Dumplin AI does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any third-party content and is not responsible for any issues arising from it.
• We do not claim ownership of third-party content and only store links for your personal use in the App.
• Links may expire, be removed, or become unavailable, and Dumplin AI is not liable for any changes.

6. Data and Privacy

By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is collected and used. This may include:

• Location data
• Chat history and food preferences
• Device and usage information

You can request deletion of your data by emailing har-gow@dumplin.ai.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and systems used in Dumplin AI are the property of the company and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We provide the App "as is." Dumplin AI makes no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy of recommendations
• Availability of restaurants
• Satisfaction with food or venues

We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
